Some quick facts about our tournament:
Field locations: All games will be played in Commack on exceptionally maintained playing fields. The fields are within a 4-mile radius which allows for reduced travel time.
Divisions -are designed to accommodate all levels of play. There will be major, intermediate & minor divisions provided there are sufficient applications in each division.
Games -
•Number of games played – will depend on the number of teams in each division.
•Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 4 games.
•Divisions playing four games will play two games on Saturday and two on Sunday.
•A division with 6 teams will play a 5th game on Monday
•Larger divisions may require semi final and final games.
Length of games –
•U8 – U11 – 2 – twenty five minute halves
•U12 – U17 – 2 – thirty minute halves
Field size and # of players
•U8 – U10 7 v 7 on ¾ field
•U11- 9 v 9 on ¾ field
•U12+ 11 v 11 on full field
Awards –
•1st & 2nd place trophy – All divisions
•Participation trophy – awarded to U8 & U9 teams that do not receive a 1st or 2nd place trophy.
Registration Fees –
•U8 – U11 $445
•U12 – U16 $475
